Joe South RIP

Joe South RIP
Joseph Alfred Souter born February 28, 1940 and sadly passed away September 5, 2012

He worked with them all; Dylan, Elvis, Aretha Franklin, Simon & Garfunkel and wrote many hit songs for many people including a massive hit himself with ‘Games People Play’ and ‘Hush’ for Deep Purple… Be sure to check out Deep Purple’s original vocalist, Rod Evans, spangly, gold, skin-tight knickerbockers, Rock ’n’ Roll!

Apologies for the Hugh Hefner section but at least it serves to highlight that he was always a wizened-up, old, sexist pervert even when he was young.
