Vote for Bonanza & Son on ResonanceFM

Hey Folks,
we don't normally ask people to do things like this but it has been suggested that we make a bid for 'Best Radio Show' at the Mixcloud & IRF Online Radio Awards with Bonanza & Son on ResonanceFM (under the 'Indie/Alternative' section)

So we're asking everyone who has either been on our show or had stuff played that you are involved with or maybe you've just listened and would like to vote for us.

We just voted for Resonance 104.4fm as best station and it took only 30 seconds so maybe you would be so kind as to vote for our little, weekly radio show.

Just click on the Mixcloud link below. Voting is open now but ends soon... Many thanks in anticipation.

Davey James live session
Davey weaves Blues and Americana like a rich tapestry on guitar; intricately paying homage to the past but equally keeping the genres up to date in the same way that Justin Townes Earle or Ryan Adams nod to the greats but keep the music fresh and alive and relevant for young and old alike. Davey's consummate skill on the fretboard belies his tender years as he delivers his word-smithery on time and right to your door like Tom Waits dressed as a postman who's lost his Wells Fargo van at the crossroads in a card game with the Devil...

Davey will be playing live at Bonanza & Son's Countrier Than Thou on Thursday 31st July alongside fellow Londoners Forty Elephant Gang and living legend Buzz Cason who is live on the show next week.

Talking of Buzz Cason Bonanza & Son will, as always, be playing the best of all the upcoming Country and Americana releases including brand new and upcoming releases from Buzz, Thisell, The Kestor Stringband, Trampled by Turtles, Red Molly, Della Mae, Otis Gibbs plus plenty of vintage vinyl from the Bonanza & Son archives including Conway Twitty, Tom Rush and many others.

Bonanza & Son Resonance FM
Tracing the roots and subsequent influence of the pioneers, innovators, outlaws, renegades and mavericks of Country Music and Americana’s past, present, and future.

Tune in at 4:30pm on Resonance 104.4fm in London or online www.resonancefm.com
