Chip Taylor on Bonanza & Son on ResonanceFM

This week's show is now available to listen 'On Demand' just click the Mixcloud link below.

On Bonanza & Son on Resonance 104.4fm we talk to one of the greatest songwriters to walk the planet Mr Chip Taylor. Chip and his long time guitarist John Platania spoke to Bonanza & Son during their recent European tour in situ at The Slaughtered Lamb.

Chip Taylor wrote some of the all time classic songs including 'Wild Thing', 'Angel Of The Morning', 'Anyway That You Want Me', 'I Can't Let Go' as well as having a more than reputable career as a Country singer, musician and songwriter in his own right. In fact Chip's latest album , a triple album no less, is one of the best of his career and has been critically and publicly acclaimed as well as being his best selling album to date.

Tune in to hear Chip discuss his long and illustrious career as well as previous lives as professional gambler.... Chip is also brother of Oscar winning actor John Voight and uncle to Angelina Jolie.

In addition we broadcast a very special Bonanza & Son mix inspired in part by our interview with Chip Taylor...

We also have brand new, upcoming releases from Jason Isbell, Ed Dupas, Hip Hatchet and lots more.

Plus lots of old vinyl that we've picked up along the Americana highway that is the past week of Bonanza & Son's crate digging and record buying and selections from our record shelves at home including Richard Buckner.
